Add Ukrainian language

Dear customers and visitors of our service! We start the localization of different languages for more convenient use of our service for foreign citizens, citizens of the European uniоn and Asia. First up is the Ukrainian, then Chinese, German, French, and others. Today Ukrainian is available in the language bar of the website: Attention! At the moment the possible errors and the lack of translation in some functions, pages, instructions for payment and news website. Work on the language will be completed until August 14, 2016!
